Attorneys At Williams Law, P.C.
We have both w-2 attorneys who work for us full time and 1099 contractors who assist us with specialized areas. We strive to bring this group of professionals together seamlessly to assist with all aspects of your legal matters. Following are many of our lawyers. Some remain unlisted.
Michael C. Williams
Mr. Williams is the founder and head attorney at our firm. He focuses on franchising, securities, contracts, new businesses, oil & gas, litigation management and of course, running the business end of the firm. Born in Boulder, Colorado, Mr. Williams is admitted to practice in the States of Washington and Colorado. In addition to Williams Law, PC, Mr. Williams owns several other minor companies, including publishing, real estate, securities investment, upstream oil & gas, and farming concerns. He has created and sold several others, including Untied American Export, a pacific rim steel and chemical exporting concern, and the Denver based Cherry Sound Studios, a full service commercial studio and audio forensic lab. It is this broad array of real business experience that makes Mr. Williams a special lawyer, able to look at your issue not only as an attorney, but as a businessman and entrepreneur. He has been there and knows what you are facing, and what you need to be successful. Clients are often surprised to find this workaholic answering phones on weekends and making 'house calls', visiting factories, construction sites, and taking an active delight in client projects. Mr. Williams is also a political philosopher. Those who follow his political theories, such as the fractal harmonic constitution, will know his work America On Trial, a difficult but fascinating work of Classical political theory.
David H. Savidge
Mr. Savidge is the Denver branch managing attorney and head litigation attorney at our firm. He focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, injunctive and equitable relief, and business disputes of all natures. Hailing from Boulder, Colorado, Mr. Savidge is admitted to practice in the States of California, New York, and Colorado. Mr. Savidge rose to the top of this firm on the strength of his incisive judgment in business litigation, wrapped in his affable and approachable personality. He is legendary around the office for finding a near perfect mix of sensitivity and hardcore aggression. When your litigation attorney is David Savidge, you are in good hands. David is a w-2 full time attorney at our Denver Office.
Nevin Seeger
Mr. Seeger is the Denver branch's attorney for business matters which have elements of personal injury, family law, professional malpractice, bad faith insurance claims and other tricky "hybrid" issues which often crop up in business litigation contexts. His 30+ years of experience make him a formidable opponent. Mr. Seeger is particularly adept at dealing with the insurers and their attorneys who so often crop up in business litigation. He is also a gifted woodworker and excellent marksman with his 1911 automatic pistol, although these skills do not directly come into play with his practice of law. Nevin is a contract attorney, of counsel under 1099, and a valuable member of our litigation team.
Thomas Thrush
Tom is another veteran attorney with decades of experience, and he is our go-to guy for worker's compensation matters in the state of Colorado. He has also helped us with matters involving the labor department, and he is a fantastic resource in administrative law, particularly the byzantine worker's comp act. When a comp issue is involved in our client's case, we like to put Tom on it. He is a contract attorney and 'of counsel' at our Denver Office.
Ling Lam
Ling handles our trusts and estates matters, and is skilled in estate planning for taxable estates. She is also adept at probate matters. She is a contract attorney at our Denver Office.
Patrick Vasilco
Patrick is an attorney licensed in Illinois, Michigan and Colorado, who handles our documentary, research and traditional paralegal workload. New to our team and a w-2 employee, Patrick brings yet more multi-jurisdictional talent to our firm. Our Denver Office is fortunate to have the hard-working skill set of Patrick Vasilco focused on our tier two billiable workload.
